He was predeceased by : his father L. Hosmer Hosmer; and his grandparents, Claude, Vera Hosmer, Clarence and Esther Gay.
He is survived by : his wife Geralyn Kay Hosmer (Babineaux) of Mount Pleasant, Texas. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
