She was predeceased by : her parents, Sam Murphy and Georgia Murphy (Southerland); her husband John Waylen Gray; and her son-in-law Thurman Kirby. She is survived by : her children, Bob Gray of Mt. Pleasant, Texas, Betty (Gene Murry) of Wake Village, Texas and Jean Kirby of Mt. Pleasant, Texas; and her brother Sam Murphy of Grapeland, Texas.. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; twenty-one great-grandchildren; nineteen great-great grandchildren.
