He was predeceased by : his parents, James Russell and Sallie Russell (Pervis); and his siblings, Huey Russell and Helen Scott. He is survived by : his son Charles; his daughter-in-law Amy Russell; his son Michael; his daughter-in-law Cindy Russell; his grandchildren, Chris Russell, Conner Russell, Tyler Jones, Britney Lloyd and Kaitlin Wallace; his great grandchildren, Fernando Monroy Russell and Chris G. Russell; and his siblings, Ellis Russell, Dorothy Hankins and Lynn Hall.
