He is survived by: his wife Brenda Purdon of Cookville, TX.; his sons, Jimmy Shannon Purdon (Christy) of Naples, TX and Michael David Purdon of Cookville, TX.; his grandchildren, Jimmy Purdon, II, Christopher Purdon, Zakary Purdon, Jake Purdon, Dakota Purdon, Treavor Wright, Kinsey Wright, Audrie Wright and Hailey Wright; and his great grandchildren, Nora Purdon and Grayson Woodyard.
