He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Burris and Jonnie Burris (Richards); and his sister Brenda Young. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Burris of Mount Pleasant, Texas; his children, Fredrick Johnson (Britney) of Lancaster, Texas, Dondre Burris (Mahaila) of Dallas, Texas, IsaacEarl Burris of Lewisville, Texas and Earl W. Burris Jr. of Tom, Oklahoma; his granddaughters, Ava Johnson, Candice Johnson, Lailani Burris and Liliana Burris; and his sister Linda Smith of Broken Bow, Oklahoma. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and friends.
