He is survived by: his wife Norma Lynn Parr; his sons, David Parr (Lois), Michael Parr (Abigail), Ashley Parr (Janet) and Jeremy Parr (KelleAnn); his great grandchildren, Lisa, Todd, Elisha, Britney, Damon, Taylor, Larry, Tara, Amanda, Zak, Mason, Allie, Hunter, Presley, Ethan, Tristan, James Ashton, Remi-Ann, Anika, Luke, Benjamin, Ezekiel, Kai, Aubrey, Jameson, Everlee, Brynlee, Rilie, Averie, Jaylen, Oliver, Amelia, Oakes, Anders, Bella and Zoey; and his brother Jerry Parr (Martha). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (2201 Texas Hwy #49m, Many, LA 71449).
The family request that memorials be made to the First Baptist Church Building Fund.
