He is survived by : his mother Betty Phifer (Mitchell); his wife Athena Phifer (Stockman) of Mount Pleasant, Texas; his children, Justin Phifer of New Braunfels, Texas, Brittany Phifer of Mount Vernon and Shyanne Phifer of Mount Pleasant, Texas; his grandchildren, Hunter Turner, Jace Phifer and Ava Phifer; and his siblings, Robby Phifer of Mount Pleasant, Texas and Karen Charlton of Quitman, Texas.
