She is survived by: her husband Danny Joe Mayfield; her sons, Jason (Perla Mayfield) and Kyle (Robin Mayfield); her grandchildren, Alexi (Cory Smith), Jalen Mayfield, Michael Mayfield, Troy Mayfield and Aiden Mayfield; her great grandchildren, Kash James, Aubrey Smith, Kori Jo Smith and Kota Smith; her niece Amy Fortner; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Alivia and Andrue Newman; her nephew Jeff Fortner (Christy); her brother-in-law Jacky (Vicky Mayfield); and her nieces and nephews, Justin and Lauren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bates Cooper Sloan Funeral Home (2805 S Jefferson Ave, Mt Pleasant, TX 75455). A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the Saint Andrews Global Methodist Church (2019 N Edwards Ave, Mt Pleasant, TX 75455). A burial was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 at the Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
