It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nancy Freeman Carney of Mount Pleasant, Texas, who passed away on March 29, 2024, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, E. H. Freeman and Glynn Bankhead Freeman; her brother James William Freeman; and her aunts and uncles, Gladys, James Grimsley, Wayne Thomas Bankhead and Mary Kyle Hill.
She is survived by : her daughter-in-law Kyle (Zoë Carney); her daughter Tara; her son-in-law Bryan Francis of Anna, Texas; her grandchildren, Robert Carney and Eleanor Carney of Fort Worth, Texas; her cousin Thomas Bankhead of Longview; her family, Larry and Jerene Sarratt of Mount Pleasant; and also, Hillary Sarratt Scharlach and Nick Sarratt. She is also survived by her children, son.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Northeast Texas Rescue Organization, Kitty Cove Rescue, or another charity of your choice in honor of Nancy.
