He is survived by: his children, Pedro Arce of Mount Pleasant, Julio Arce of California, Noris Arce of Mount Pleasant, Maria Arce of Mount Pleasant, Leticia Arce of Mount Pleasant, Luz Arce of Puerto Rico and Debora Torres (Richard) of Mt. Vernon, Texas; his sister Camila Arce of New Jersey; his niece Iliana; and his nephews, Pedro and Edgardo.
