He was predeceased by : his parents, Emily Mason and Charles Mason; his wife Carrollyn Elaine Mason; his children, Jesse and Sam Mason; his sisters, Star and Paula; and his grandson Edward Daniel Mason.
He is survived by : his children, Judith Mason Gilliam (George), Donna Jane Hendley (Alfred), Deborah Jean Swindler (Craig) and Edward James Mason (Sabra). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren.
