She was predeceased by: her parents, Reginald "Rex" Hooper Campbell and Pauline Campbell (Benson); and her sister Nancy Rose. She is survived by: her husband Mike Fields; her daughters, Michele Underwood, Susan (Randall Speights) and Lisa Fields; her grandchildren, Michael (Tiffany Underwood), Amber Sund, Matthew (Jordan Vaughn), Chase (Destinee Vaughn), Brooke (Beau Weber) and Presley Speights; her great grandchildren, Bayleigh, Reggie Underwood, James, Christopher, Bentley Sund, Ivory, Weston Vaughn, Journiee and Avery Vaughn; her sister-in-law Emily Sabo; her nephew Steven Forgy; her great-nephew Brent (Chelsey Forgy); and her nieces and nephews, Brittany (Jake Barr), Blake Forgy, Stacy (John Horn) and Chelsie Rose. She is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews.
