He is survived by: his children, William Evans of Omaha, Texas, Jonathan Evans of Omaha, Texas, Shanette Evans Francis (Eric Blackmon) of Omaha and Emile Blaine (Vincent) of Dallas, Texas; and his siblings, Delwyn Evans of Tyler, Texas, Joyce Cotton of Omaha and Geraldine Shepherd of Dallas, Texas. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
