He was predeceased by: his parents, Morgan Paul and Ray Fern Callaway; and his brothers, Craig "Marty" Callaway and Reginald "Glenn" Callaway. He is survived by: his wife Susan Callaway; and his daughters, Jennifer Starr, Kristeen Adams, Rachel Brackenridge, Leah Stevens and Sarah Callaway. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
