He is survived by: his wife Connie Jo Tully; his children, Jason Michael Rose, Stacey Renee Rose and Wesley Robert Rose; his grandchildren, Amanda Burnett and Robert Burnett; and his brothers, Douglas Rose, Randy Rose (Shavae) and Ronald Rose (Regina). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
Later, he coordinated food and supply donations by organizing donation requests, contacting supporters, and picking up items for the home and other nonprofit ministries.
