She was predeceased by: her parents, Madison Jack and Gertie Lee Mitchell (Carpenter); her brothers, Phil Mitchell and Bobby Mitchell; her niece Phyllis Mitchell; and her nephews, Greg Mitchell and Dan Mitchell.

She is survived by: her daughters, Sharon (Chuck Allmon) of Lorenzo and Debbie (Bill Thompson) of Winnsboro, Texas; her grandchildren, Michael, Heather Rogers, Mandy, Tully Martin, Matthew Rogers, Brandon, Katie Carr, Randall, Tamber Carr, Carrie and Luke Bower; and her stepgrandchildren, Kacee, Lonnie Saylors, Kippa, Joe Moralez, Kamie and Jon Bordewyk. She is also survived by 21 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews.
