He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilford Puckett and Erna Puckett (Fries); and his sisters, Nancy Burch and Oslinda Bott. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Heddens Puckett; his sister Mary-Ulla Lee; his sibling's children, Katherine Collins, Angel Dale, Nicole Lee, Michael Shaw, Greg Harrison Jr., Barrett Burch and Tommy Burch; and his great-nieces, Lacey Hayter and Deziray Glasco.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations may be made to the Cancer Foundation in Roger's memory.
