He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl F. Carr and Maggie Carr (Owens); his wife Helen; his son Owen Carr; and his siblings, Hortense Carr, Kate Lucille Carr McNish and R. B. Carr.
He is survived by: his daughter Elaine (Jerry Collins); his grandchildren, Mandy Martin (Tully), Brandon Carr (Katie), Rhonda Smith (Stephen), Clint Collins (Amy), Randall Carr (Tamber) and Carrie Bower (Luke); and his great grandchildren, Kinnan Perryman (Wyatt), Case Martin, Cole Martin, Katleigh Carr, Allie Carr, Madellynn Rodriguez (Michael), Gracie Smith, Mason Collins, Jaxon Collins, Brayden Carr, Rylan Carr, Byrnn Carr, Annabelle Bower, John Luke Bower and Amberlynn Bower.
