He was predeceased by: his parents, Agustin Posadas and Saturnina Segovia; his wife Margarita Contreras; and his grandson Christopher Ryan Guerra. He is survived by: his children, Hector Posadas (Lucy) of Muleshoe, Robert Posadas (Agnes) of Canyon, Victoria Morales (Rosendo) of Missouri City, Texas, Janie Posadas of Muleshoe, Esmeralda De La (Jose Luis), Isabel Posadas of Houston, Sylvia Guerra of Houston, Elizabeth Mata (Marc) of San Angelo, Margarita Mata (Miguel) of Bastrop and Raquel Kirven (Rashad) of Muleshoe; and his brother David Aguero of Houston. He is also survived by thirty-three grandchildren; twenty-two great-grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to the American Cancer Society, at P.O. Box 6704 Hagerstown, MD 2174.
