She was predeceased by : her parents, Thomas Arnold and Barbara Grace Morris (Johnston); her spouse F. "Buddy" Blackman; her brother Marshall Morris; and her son Brent Blackman.

She is survived by : her daughter Marsha Lynn Douglas (Eddie) of Garland, Texas; and her grandchildren, Meredith Douglas of Phoenix and Amanda Douglas of Sachse, Texas..
