He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Dian McCormick; his daughter Donna Dian Perry (Michael) of Pinson, AL; his grandchildren, Kelli Barrett (Michael) of Enterprise, AL, Karen Paul (Dan) of Cartersville, GA, Lindsay Perry of Mobile, AL and Matthew Perry of Pinson, AL; his great grandchildren, Esca, Joel, Josiah, Shiloh, Ryleigh, Alexander, Remington and Cordelia; his adoptive daughter Renee Copley; his brothers, Bobby Crenshaw (Saundra) of San Angelo, TX and David (Lynn) of Sulphur Springs, TX; his sister-in-law Linda Wilhite of Silver Springs, FL; and his sister Vicki Gamez. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
