He was predeceased by: his parents, Toribio Casaréz and Natalia Franco Casaréz; and his siblings, Louisa Garza, Ofelia Sepulveda, Marta Casarez and Daniel Casarez.
He is survived by: his sons, Manuel Casarez Jr. and George Toribio "Toby" Casarez; and his siblings, Martha Garcia of Levelland, Enrique Pleny Casaréz (Eva Honesto Casaréz) and Robert Casaréz (Norma Casaréz) of Morton, Texas.
