It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marina Luera of Muleshoe, Texas, who passed away on March 31, 2026, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Julian Cruz and Dora Cruz (Martinez); her husband Jacinto Luera; her siblings, Julia Garza, Juanita Vera and Indalecio Cruz; her granddaughter Laura Ann Luera; and her great grandchild Johnny Lozano.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Luera (Glenda) of Lubbock, Joe Luera (Ernestine) of Lubbock, Albert Luera (Jennifer) of Zama City, Edward Luera (Gary), Elain Luera of Muleshoe, Linda Luera of Clovis, Mary Marquez of Morton and Dora Olivas of Muleshoe, Texas; and her siblings, Dolores Valero of Clovis and Jose Cruz (Cleo) of Arlington, Texas. She is also survived by her seventeen grandchildren, twenty-nine great-grandchildren and nine great-great-grandchildren.
