He was predeceased by : his parents, Bay Wilson and Gladys Wilson (Pryor); his wife Patricia Lewis; his sons, Roby Lewis Wilson and Casey Glen Wilson; and his siblings, Marieta Thomas, Nelda Jo Teter, Cathy Wilson and Gordon Wilson.

He is survived by : his sons, Andy Wilson (Krista) of Amarillo and Kent Childs of Muleshoe, Texas; his daughter-in-law Sharon Cooper of Lubbock, Texas; his siblings, Jan Furr of Canadian, Dianne Brown of Muleshoe, Texas, Roger Wilson of Hettinger and Mickey Wilson (Jan) of Amarillo, Texas; his grandchildren, Jack, Keenan (Kenzie), Drew (Justin) and Chansee; and his great grandchild Grant.

The family suggests memorials be sent to the American Cancer Society, 3411 – 73rd Street, Lubbock, Texas, 79423.

“Stanley... my travel buddy; my friend you'll be greatly missed! Andy, Krista, Drew, Chansee, Kennan, Kenzie and Kent please know you are all in our thoughts and prayers, We loved Stanley just like family and he will be missed sadly yet we know he is in Heaven with God, his love Patricia and the rest of family.
