He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo Magee; his brother James Magee (Pattye); his children, Rosemary Day and Michael Magee (Daisy); his stepsons, Karl Mabry (Karol) and John Mabry (Deborah); his grandchildren, James Michael Magee, Stephen Magee, Julie Day, Ryan Day (Danae), Kyle Mabry, Brittany Chadwick, Sarah Mabry and Jessie Mabry; and his great grandchildren, Adeline Day, Camilla Day, Anderson Day, Kannon Mabry, Maelyn Mabry, Kora Mabry, Easton Mabry, Stella Lorenti, Everleigh Brown and Carson Brown.
