We bid farewell to Barbara Gale Pinkston of Nacogdoches, Texas, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on November 19, 2025 at the age of 75. Barbara touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ocie Denney and Martha Denney; her brothers, Jerry Denney and Granvil Denney; her great grandchild Alaina Grace Martin; and her niece Allison Barnhill.
She is survived by: her husband William Pinkston; her sons, Michael Pinkston (Robbie), Dewayne Pinkston of Woden and Bradley Pinkston (Camille) of Woden; her grandchildren, Michael Pinkston (Breanna), Shelby Martin (Will), Carmen Bass (Jared), Claire Fountain (Ryan), Lisa Pinkston and Tyler Pinkston (Heather); and her sisters, Patricia Triana (Billy), Louise Ballard, Mary Johnson (Ronnie) and Sylvia Luman (Terry). She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Upper Chireno Cemetery. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Sunset Memorial Chapel at Cason Monk-Metcalf Funeral Home (5400 North St, Nacogdoches, TX 75965).
