He was predeceased by: his father Arlin Clay. He is survived by: his mother Evelyn Christine Gail Clay; his daughters, Crystal (Patrick) and Heather (Bart); and his siblings, Dian (Terry) and Dennis. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; and various nieces and nephews.
