He was predeceased by : his parents, Carmen Mildred Milner and Otto Pearl Milner; his siblings, Bonnie Caskey (Don) and Gene Milner; and his son-in-law Larry Stanaland.

He is survived by : his former life partner Daphne Hardy Davis; his wife Patsy Cullen Daniels; his children, Charles L. "Chuck" Milner (Beth), Kathy Darden Nacogdoches (Paul) of Texas, Mary Colliflower (Mark) and Charlotte Stanaland; his grandchildren, Stephen Castillo (Tara), Joseph Darden (Kathryn), Clayton Auxier, Katie Darden, Michael Darden (Danielle), Tyler Auxier (Jessica), Emily Adair (Chase), Sarah Colliflower, Hallie Milner, Matthew Colliflower and Cody Milner; his great grandchildren, Blayton Auxier, Jude Castillo, Kate Darden, Sawyer Auxier, William Darden, Fisher Auxier, Grey Adair, Blayne Auxier and Lennon Adair; his sisters, Carolyn Milner and JoAnn Milner; and his sisters-in-law, Coeta Milner and Kathleen Rowsell.

A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 at 3:00 PM at the North Street Church of Christ (3914 North St, Nacogdoches, TX 75965).
