It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doris Ann Lang of Nacogdoches, Texas, who passed away on July 27, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Doris shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Doris farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, A. L. Channel and Juanita Channel (Griffin); her husband Larry Lang; and her siblings, Dale Channel, Larry Channel, Gary Channel and Marie Tarver.
She is survived by: her son Jim Lang (Sherri) of Pilot Point, Texas; and her grandchildren, Breanna Jacks (Anderson) of Red Cliff, Colorado, Sergeant Jackson Lang, Mikael Lang of Pilot Point, Texas and William Lang of Pilot Point, Texas..
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Laird Funeral Home (2116 South St, Nacogdoches, TX 75964). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
