It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jack Yarbrough of Nacogdoches, Texas, born in Dallas, Texas, who passed away on April 14, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, John Calvin and Stella Yarbrough; and his wife Dorothy. He is survived by : his son John Carl Yarbrough (Amy); his grandsons, John "Bo" Yarbrough and John Graham Yarbrough (Kelsey); his great grandchildren, Elias, Anson, June and Laurel; his stepson Ronnie Bush (Karen); his stepgrandchildren, Lauren Bush and Leslie Hall (Chad); his brother Gene Yarbrough; the mother of his children Nancy Yarbrough; his daughter Karen; and also, Lakyn and Cooper. He is also survived by nephew, & their children.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Laird Funeral Home (2116 South St, Nacogdoches, TX 75964). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Judge J. Jack Yarbrough's honor to local charities, The Nacogdoches Animal Shelter at 3211 SW Stallings Drive, Nacogdoches, Texas 75963 or VFW Post 3893 at 2406 Hunter Road, Nacogdoches, Texas 75964.
