He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Wade and Eila Wade (Cuff); his mother-in-law Shirley Ripper; his sister Cathy; his siblings-in-law, Jeffrey Boulware and Jerri Kay Ripper; and his nephew Seth Aaron Ripper.
He is survived by: his wife Patty (Ripper); his daughter Danielle (Andrew); his granddaughter Avery; and his siblings, WaTona (Marty), Teresa (Rick) and Richard (Wanda). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, extended family members, and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 10th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Laird Funeral Home (2116 South St, Nacogdoches, TX 75964). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
