She was predeceased by : her parents, James Hagerman and Metta Louise Hagerman (Herrington); her husband W. C. "Sonny" Stegall; her son Troy Stegall, Sr.; and her sisters, Betty Wiseman and Barbara Bratcher.

She is survived by : her grandson Troy Stegall, Jr. (Alexia) of Nacogdoches; and her great grandchild Troy Stegall III.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Shafer Funeral Home (600 N John Redditt Dr, Lufkin, TX 75904-0353). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 at the Sunset Cemetery.
