Ned left this world on March 30, 2025 at the age of 89, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Everett and Lilla Ivey Chipley (Ivey). He is survived by: his wife Martha; his siblings, Tommy Cook Chipley, Peggy Sue Catching and Elizabeth Paine; his grandchildren, Sondra Hammond (Daniel Hammond), John McDowell (Deanna McDowell), Amy Florez (Kirk Florez), Joel Chipley (Angela Chipley), Jordan Gallegos (Jesse Gallegos), Joshua Chipley, Jill Chipley, Miles Hass, John Paul Chipley, Jaclyn Chipley and Joseph Chipley; and his great grandchildren, Madeline, Megan, Leonel, Micah, Nathan, Eleanor, Aaron and Everett. He is also survived by his four brothers and five sisters.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the Christian Motorcyclists Association, an organization close to Rev. Chipley's heart.
