He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas G. Randolph and Ollie Grace Randolph (Neill); his son Nicholas DeWayne Jennings; and his siblings, Susan, Ronnie and Pete.

He is survived by: his wife Sally Elizabeth Randolph (Warren) of Nacogdoches; his children, Mark Randolph of Houston, Lianne Hobbs (Layne) of Alaska and Karen Collins (Charles) of New Braunfels, Texas; his daughter-in-law Susan Jennings; and his sisters, Nellie, Debbie and Nancy. He is also survived by 9 Grandchildren.
