It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Richard Bankston of Nacogdoches, Texas, who passed away on March 12, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Thomas may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Thomas touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Bankston and Ellen Bankston. He is survived by: his wife Debra Wimberley Bankston; and his daughter Emily Bankston of Kingwood. He is also survived by grandson along with many beloved nieces and nephews.
