Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Bill Rice of Naples, Texas, born in Foreman, Arkansas, who passed away at the age of 87, on February 21, 2024. He was predeceased by : his parents, Samuel Lafayette Rice and Melissa Jane Cannon; and his siblings, Joe Rice, Mary Jane Pruitt and Ann Rice.

He is survived by : his wife Dorothy Tucker Rice of Naples; his children, Martha Rice of Naples and Mike (Metal); his daughter-in-law Jessica Rice of Naples; his siblings, Sam Rice of Ashdown, Arkansas and Margaret; his brother-in-law Don Turner of Arkadelphia, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Whitney Rice (Justiss Hall) and Courtney Blackburn (Rustin); and his great grandchildren, Julien Hall, Jenson Hall and Courtlynn Blackburn. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Holy Cross Cemetery Association.
