He was predeceased by: his parents, J. C. Traylor (Johnnie Kate Thigpen Traylor) and J. Roy; his siblings, Jack Traylor and Kathy Traylor Dalton; his brothers-in-law, Chester Crow and Jeff Dalton; his daughter Jan Traylor Ragland; and his son-in-law Alan "Vine" Ragland.
He is survived by: his wife Nita Beth Crow Traylor of Naples; his daughter Jyl Traylor Wood (Bryan Wood); his grandchildren, Jo Ragland (Chad Suttles), Chase Ragland of Naples, Shelby Ragland of Naples, Jordan Wood of Naples and McKenna Wood of Gilmer, Texas.; his great grandchildren, Cooper Suttles, Charli Suttles, Raylee Eubanks, Brynlee Eubanks, Luca Neal and Charlotte Neal; his niece Lynn Traylor Burgess (Randy Burgess); his nephew Casey Traylor (Rae Lynn Traylor); and his friend Ines Mendez.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Springhill Cemetery Association.
