It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Susan May of Naples, Texas, who passed away on July 27, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James William Richard and Roxi Elizabeth Newton Richard; her husband Raymond "Gene" May; and her sister Marian Ivey. She is survived by: her son Scott; her daughter-in-law Melissa May of Gilmer, Texas; her daughter Amanda May of Naples, Texas; her brother-in-law Jimmy Ivey of Denver, Colorado; her grandchildren, Rayannah May, Faith Rothrock, MaKayla Brown, Savanna Goodrich and Daniel May; and her great grandchildren, Hunter Brown, Killian Brown and Eli Brown. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Harrison Funeral Home (500 West Wl Doc Dodson, Naples, TX 75568). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
