He is survived by: his wife Melba May; his children, Joe D. May and Tracie; his son-in-law John DaSilva; his granddaughters, Hannah and Courtney; and his sister-in-law Mary LaRue Harris (Dan). He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and many friends.
