It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patsy Ruth Theriot Bodin of Nederland, Texas, born in Kaplan, Louisiana, who passed away on April 5, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Ida Babineaux Theriot and Odeon Theriot; her son Todd Bodin (Jeanette Bodin); her grandson Michael Ducote; and her brother Roland Bodin.

She is survived by : her daughters, Melanie Bodin of Nederland, Erin Cuellar (Juan Cuellar, Jr.) of Nederland, Patrice Soileau (Kenneth Soileau) of Woodville and Beth Ramirez (Lon Ray Ramirez) of Port Neches. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews and other family members.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 10th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Melancon's Funeral Home (1605 Avenue H, Nederland, TX 77627). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, April 10th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the Greenlawn Memorial Park (3900 Twin City Hwy, Groves, TX 77619).
