He is survived by: his wife Martha Sundermeyer; his daughters, Mary Katherine Hansen and René Thomas (Dave); his grandchildren, Andrew Johnson (Berenice), Rachael Tran (Scott) and Robert Johnson (Kaitlyn); his great grandchildren, Dylan Johnson, Maxwell Johnson, Adrianna Johnson and Evangeline Johnson; and his siblings, Thomas Sundermeyer, James Sundermeyer (Katie) and Tamra Thus (Michael). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or to Our Lady of Guadalupe Church.
