He is survived by: his mother Johnnie Hines Purifoy of Texarkana, AR; his close friend Velma Chaffin of New Boston, TX; his children, Autumn Neese (Matthew) of Bogota, TX, Collin Page (Hannah) of Texarkana, AR and Sonny McWhorter of Texarkana, AR; and his brothers, Buck Page (Angie) of Genoa, AR, Chris Purifoy (Debra) of Genoa, AR and Michael Purifoy (Angela) of Texarkana, TX. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Shiloh Cemetery.
