He is survived by: his wife Beverly Maynard; his children, Jeff (Tricia) and Carrie Maynard; his grandchildren, Laney Taylor (Camron), Kailyn Maynard, McKenzie Ashley and Jaxson Maynard; and his nephews, Bubba Tisdale (Jamie) and Andy Tisdale (Carol).
