Though Roberto may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He is survived by: his wife Marie Gonzalez; and his children, Erica Mattera, Robert Gonzalez, Yadira Suarez and Stephanie Bauer. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, August 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Sunset Memorial (415 S. Bus 35, New Braunfels, TX 78130). A graveside service was held on Friday, August 15th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Guadalupe Valley Memorial Park (2951 TX-46, New Braunfels, TX 78130).
