Cecil Ray Bounds Obituary
Cecil Ray Bounds departed his earthy home on Friday, February 18, 2022 in Saint Luke's Hospital at The Woodlands, Texas. He was born in Purvis, Mississippi on December 13, 1937 to Ernest and Dorothy Strong Bounds. Cecil was preceded in death by his parents, one brother Tommy, and one sister Sylvia Reese.
Cecil is survived by his wife Sarah (Liz) Hall Bounds, two sons Tracy and Cecil Jr., two daughters Julie and Darlene. Ten grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren. Three sisters Eloise Black, Sheila Hullihan and Cindy Morris. Two brothers Larry Wayne and Ernest Bounds.
Cecil enjoyed outdoor sports, deer, duck, dove hunting, and fishing. He loved history and science. He loved spending time hunting with his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
