He is survived by: his children, David C. Whitehead, Lisa Weeks and Misti Madeley (Jimmy); his grandchildren, Michael, Melissa, Michaela, Matthew, Dawson, Ashton, Aspen, Gage and Hailey; and his great grandchildren, Ashlynn, Abigail, William, Syniya, Taylor, Emmie, Klaire, Delilah, Kai and Zelda. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other cherished family and friends.
