He is survived by: his wife Patricia Jean DeLaney; his children, James Anthony DeLaney (Margaret) and Jayme Michelle Dromgoole (Dean); his grandchildren, Sheyanne Nicole DeLaney, Kaylee Morgan Davis, Harold Wayne DeLaney, Bailey Austin Dromgoole and Bradin Kane Dromgoole; his great grandchildren, Dalton Sandlin Higginson and Mia James Higginson; and his brothers, Charles Letus DeLaney and Kenneth Rae DeLaney.
