He is survived by: his children, Michael Dean Henry Jr. (Christina Marie Cook), Samantha Catherine Henry McIntyre (James Allen McIntyre) and Elizabeth Ann Henry (Brett L. Andrew); his mother Linda Henry; his siblings, Ronny Henry, Tammy Franklin and Rhonda Turner; his grandchildren, Tatum Brooke Parnell, Kyle Jacob Parnell, Brianna Henry, Cheyanne Renee Parnell, Seth Kristopher McDonald, Tommy Andrew Baxter and Delilah Katherine McIntyre; and his great grandchild Josiah Elliot Henry.
