He is survived by: his children, Bonita Fuller (Tim) of Newton and William Rhoads (Lisa) of Temple; and his siblings, Carroll Rhoads (Cindy), Delores Phillips, Betty Jolly, Shirley Pike and Sheliah Stehle (Ed). He is also survived by four grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
