She was predeceased by : her parents, Francisco Pena and Tiodula Pena (Flores); her husband Manuel Cisneros, Sr.; her daughter Consuelo Santos; and her sons-in-law, Johnny Arce, Toribio Santos and Steven Garcia.
She is survived by : her children, Manuel Cisneros, Jr. (Nancy), Minerva Arce (Frank), Olga Arce and Gracie Garcia. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; numerous great-great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, and other loving family and friends.
